    Good idea. However, there are problems with the number of stressed syllables and syllables in general in most lines - lines 3 and 4 have too many (they should be short and have two stressed syllables only) and line 2 has too few. Line 5 needs tweaking too.

Hovenden's "The last moments of John Brown- video 2

The video that I've watched was about Hovenden's painting called "The last moments of John Brown".  For me, one of the most interesting things in the video was simply the figure of John Brown. How he tried to fight slavery using also very violence methods and how his actions divided people in America. I was very surprised by the fact that after his execution he had been heroized by Northern press during the Civil War. However, when we get to times of the First World War historians tend to look at the John Brown in the very negative light. martyr People were debating in America whether John Brown was a martyr or a murder. incite The opponents of the current government conspired to incite the riot. abolitionist The abolitionist movement tried to end slavery. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D7o-kAP8PqA

Reflection 5

The recent reflection came to my mind was while I was watching a video about how Victorians and Edwardians edited their photographs to have a tiny waist. For me, it was very interesting to see that even back then for people it was really important to be fashionable or fit into the beauty standards. What's more, that way of thinking hasn't really changed. People are still trying to set impossible to follow trends that only make normal people feel ugly and unattractive. Most women feel insecure about their body and appearance because they don't look like celebrities or famous people with a ton of plastic surgeries. This only causes teenagers and also grown-ups to fallow those unhealthy diets based on staring yourself. All of that only to fit in and look like a model on the cover of the magazine which was probably edited 100 times just like those photographs in the 19th century.

Reflection 3

The recent thought that came to my mind was that there are so much more tourists and generally foreigners in Warsaw. The situation that only confirmed my opinion was when I saw quite a number of  Spanish young people in the tram in Białołęka district. It was so surprising for me because there is clearly nothing interesting in this district, nothing really to sightsee. Which leads to the main thought that people are really coming here from whole around the world to see Poland, to get to know our culture. I find it really interesting, and it kind of makes me happy, that Warsaw is opening so much for the foreigners and that people genuinely want to come here. It always hits me when I see tourists wandering around the streets of the city center, admiring our capital city when they probably could have chosen any other western country, such as France or Spain.
